Return and Refund Policy

At TrendVaults, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at coryschools@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened (skincare products, personal care items)
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Late or Missing Refunds
